3. Customs Tax
3.1 United States and Canada：
Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. Please note that the recipient is responsible for paying customs fees and import taxes.
3.2 Mexico：
Customs Duties - According to the new documentation requirement by the Mexican government, starting January 1st, 2025, goods valued below USD 2,500 will be subject to a 19% duty fee.
Customs Declaration - All shipments to Mexico must include the recipient's RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry Number) or CURP (Unique Population Registry Code). Failure to provide these details may result in shipment delays, returns, or destruction of the package, and could incur fines or penalties.
Important - Please ensure your RFC or CURP is entered correctly. Incorrect tax information may lead to shipping failures, and we cannot provide refunds for failed deliveries caused by such issues, thanks for your attention!
