HEXGAMING provides a 30-day trial period to experience your hex controller, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you decide to return your controller, please create a support ticket on the Contact Us page within 30 days of receipt of the product. It must be sent back to our facility within 45 days from the date of receipt.
For HEX controllers purchased on Amazon, Kickstarter, or HEXGAMING's official website, we recommend and accept returns through HEXGAMING's official website or Kickstarter. Unless the received controller is defective, all returned controllers will incur a 15% restocking fee (20% for Kickstarter orders), applicable to reasons including, but not limited to, personal preference, incomplete or incorrect information (such as shipping address or supporter survey) resulting in a failed delivery, etc.
Return Shipping Cost
For defective items, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If buyers decide to return non-defective items, buyers should be responsible for return shipping. If you choose DHL expedited shipping, and you need to return the controller in the future, this expedited shipping fee will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question on Contact Us page.
We accept returns for defective products, in the original storage bag with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Your controller that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging and condition, we will provide you with a refund based on your original method of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions items
If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Refunds
We will contact you for confirmation and the refund will be credited back to you within 5 business days, once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
