The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Deterioration or failure due to prolonged use, wear, or aging.
2. Damage caused by deliberate or negligent actions, such as misuse, dropping, throwing, or other forms of abuse.
3. Unreasonable or excessive use, including commercial use.
4. Electrical damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or other external sources, including exposure to fluids, moisture, or chemicals.
5. Alterations to or tampering with the controller, including unauthorized attempts to open, dismantle, customize, modify, or self-repair the hex controller.
