Please create a support ticket (found here) on the Contact Us page, so our customer service can note your order, and we will assist you in 3 business days.
We will address returns, exchange or repair in the order they were received. Please note that returning a controller that made to order for your specifications with no defects will incur a 15% restocking fee.
When completing your support ticket, please be sure to include this relevant information:
First and Last Name
Order Number (if available)
Serial Number
Reason for return

For previous orders without a serial number, please provide the purchase platform and order number for warranty service.
